Time Frames Indicated:
The following time frames come from years of trial and error testing by Sri Arya, his disciples and students and he says its turned out to be highly reliable. So I'll be using it for the reading.
Numbered Suite Cards:
Cups = Days (typically only when next to Pentacles but occasionally valid when next to other suite cards too but you have to be alert enough to notice it).
Wands = Weeks
Swords = Months
Pentacles = Years
Court Cards and Major Arcana do not follow the above time frame because they are cards of minor (court) and major (arcana) destiny.

Q: What factors should be considered as Querent dispels indecision?

Factor One: 9 of Swords R

My take: Given the nature of the other two cards I think it's indicating letting go of worry and anxiety and just getting on with working with the garden and woodlot.

"Born healers, consultants and mentors. Extremely good at the healing professions and in the artistic ones. Friendly and helpful, but slightly remote. Spiritual authority, teacher, guru, mentor, guide. Likes to work with children. Inspirational speaker and capable of making lasting impact. The wisdom of emotional maturity; a true psychological adult is a wonderful thing to see. Successful and accomplished in whatever they put their minds to. Very good at the administrative detail and management though it is hardly their first choice. Very accurate instincts but only average intuition. They read people well. Ability to take risks because of that talent. Of all the Tarot personalities, most in touch with feminine side. Self-awareness is very advanced. Sensual and sociable, very miscible personality. Responsible and generous in equal measure. Social impact of all actions is very important to him. Does not fret about limitations or lack of fame. Keeps a level head in moments of high emotional excitement."

My take: factor two is another help as you face surprises and hurdles for the coming year. King of Cups can find a middle ground between intellect and intuition.

My take:
This card is the experience of cause and effect and equilibrium. Your intuition will likely come to the aid of reason and analysis, particularly due to the King of Cups influence mentioned above. This card also indicates all aspects of life and work concerned with the law and legality. Contracts, agreements and decisions that require legal input are binding. Swift and decisive paring away of all rubbish in a situation is also indicated. Communication should become clear, concise and clutter-free. Again, this all seems to be indicating you will get handed setbacks on occasion from the school of hard knocks but nothing that will deliver a knock-out blow. Overall the spread is supportive of working with both.
