Querant's past life had strength because of following traditions. I think this is not the first life where the querant has engaged in spiritual practices. Since it indicates tradition it's possible querant even was a monk, nun or sanyasin - or possibly just a very devout householder. Whatever it is following that tradition led to:

Commentary:
Knight of Cups - particularly of emotions - is upholding the material - in the astral realm! I actually believe this is in reference to the querant's subtle body. The spiritual practices engaged in the prior life paid off hugely! As in, you hit a jackpot! Look at that Ace! The subtle body "leveled up" due to following a spiritual tradition with a track record of successes.

Commentary:
Yet more work of a spiritual nature. Because of so much consistent spiritual practice look what has happened! The Fool - upright! This is fantastic. Not until I read Sri Rohit Arya did I realize how significant this card is. It literally means something completely new to the querant's lives (all of them) has entered the picture and they now get to start anew. The Fool is the moment right before our entire universe was born. Sri Rohit Arya says it's the equivalent to Rudra-Shiva...the one who roared.
It's significant because this is where free-will gets to enter the picture in a huge way. All of us have free-will. It manifests primarily in how we respond to the world around us and within us because that shows what kind of "Being" we've become so far.
The Fool card just puts that on steroids or in Spinal Tap terms, free-will "goes to 11."

9 of Wands! The card known by Tarotists as the "wish-fulfillment" card. Upholding it is 3 of Cups - the card of celebration that includes other beings. In esoteric terms it means the triangle of energies from the head and the base have met at anahata and manifestation has upgraded. You get to create the kind of life you want. Keep doing what you've been doing because this reading is saying it's paying off big.
